A high-energy fast paced 45 minute interval/rep class designed to engage every muscle in your body.
We guarantee this class will leave you with a big puddle of sweat and an even bigger smile from ear to ear.
Our Sweat MVMT workouts are adaptive to all fitness levels and capabilities.
Flexfit + Chill
45 minutes of low-intensity, active stretching, balance, flexibility and myofacial release – all designed to optimize your joints, improve your recovery, and give your body the love and nourishment it needs.
Enjoy a few minutes for yourself, slow it down, take a deep breathe breath, and relax with some of our top MVMT specialists guiding you through sessions that will leave you more mobile, relaxed, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Our Yoga MVMT is a 45-minute self-care experience. We rotate a mix of mellow yin-inspired stretching, Vinyasa-flow-inspired release, and spinal mobility to help you ground, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Dancing Like Nobody Is Watching
As much as we are about picking things about, we’re also about putting it down – on the dance floor that is!
For the inner dancer in all of us we bring world-renowned dance coaches from Culturally Defined right to your living room, so now you really can dance like no one is watching.
Each class has a theme with recommended movement prompts and choreography so you can follow along at your own pace.
