I believe there is a solid connection between body and mind and both should be treated well in order to achieve deep health. My approach to training is kind, lighthearted, and calm. When I am not training my body, I am training my mind with continuing education, and meditation, or being creative (and healthy) in the kitchen.

Philosophy Behind Coaching
I believe movement is a key component of deep health. Whether your goals are to pack on muscle, increase cardiovascular capacity, or to lose body fat, the common denominator is always movement. But that is just one factor in being healthy. I believe finding the best balance between mental, and physical health is the key to the success of any program.
Favourite Way To Sweat
I love to ride my bike through new and interesting landscapes. But outside of that, anything that challenges me and allows me to see improvements. Lately I’ve been re-introducing gymnastics to my workout regimen, for me its all about play!
