Amy grew up dancing and after graduating spent a over a decade pursing a professional dance career, travelling the globe as a hip hop dancer, performing with local Vancouver dance companies and teaching dance at multiple studios. She has always had a passion for movement and the positive impact it has on the mind, body and soul. In 2018 Amy joined the fitness community as a trainer and now gets fired up helping others discover their strength and joy through the power of sweat.
