Hey, it’s me Holly! My mum taught me how to row on Gabriola Island when I was 7. Later I was a competitive rower at UVic. Fast forward 10 years, I have been training people in hotel gyms in Toronto, and running my BIG 5 BODY online home fitness program for women. An eating disorder once held me back, I get around on my one speed, and my home gym is my temple. Fitness is deeply personal, and that’s why I coach – to help others evolve their strength, in a way that fits with who they are. My company is Strong Feelings.
