Zac Klassen

I began my fitness journey when I was 15 years old, and it has changed my life. It has been one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself. It is my meditation and my avenue for stress relief. I have been a personal trainer since 2007 and received my post-secondary certificate in 2013. Before then, I did competitive gymnastics and martial arts. I have also competed in body building competitions, and manage top 5 at the WBFF show. My biggest goal and motivation for being a personal trainer is to help people in achieving their fitness goals, and showing them that they can accomplish what they set out to do.
