The fact that I can work out at my own place and at any time while trying to manage working full time, studying for my masters, trying to have a social life and working out, just makes it so much easier.

One thing I've learned from the MVMT is that you don't have to work out for hours on end to get results! I just have to push myself for 20 mins a day, which makes working out much more enjoyable and sustainable.
